Who are AVS?
AVS is an independent company who contract their services to businesses, organisations and individuals. AVS are self-employed and therefore cannot be considered an employee. An invoice will be produced for all work carried out.
How do AVS work?
A price will be discussed and agreed by the client and AVS prior to the commencement of any assignment or project. Assignments can be received via fax, email, telephone, post. They can also be received by CD, USB pen drives, as well as, dictated notes from cassettes or digital sound files. The finished assignment is then returned to the client in the format that they require.

What are your hours of business?
AVS operate Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 17:00pm. AVS can also be flexible to your needs and these hours can be extended to include evenings, up to 22:00pm and weekends where necessary. However, a surcharge of 25% will be added to the cost.
Can you guarantee the confidentiality of my work?
It is AVS assurance that confidentiality is paramount and accepts that AVS may have access to certain information or material relating to client's business, service or products. AVS are happy to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements prior to commencement of any assignment or project.
Do I need to provide equipment?
No. AVS are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment needed.
Do AVS hire out Digital Voice Recorders?
Yes. AVS are able to offer you the hire of a Digital Voice Recorder. Please email AVS for further details.
